Dr Myer G Mula is an agronomist assigned on seed system at ICRISAT. He has earned his degree from Mountain State Agricultural College (now Benguet State University), La Trinidad, Benguet, Philippines. He has worked as farm supervisor in big private agricultural companies in the Philippines and served as coordinator of rice and high value crops during his stint at the Department of Agriculture (DA). While at ICRISAT, he also provides strong support to various research and development projects of DA on pigeonpea and chickpea. He has also published several articles. One of his latest publications is a book entitled ‘Lifting the Level of Awareness on Pigeonpea – A Global Perspective’ which he co-authored with Dr KB Saxena.
